At Active Life Medical we strive to make ourselves available to our customers as much as possible. You can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also reach us over the phone during our regular business hours. Our phone support is available in both English and Spanish. If you call after hours you can leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will return your call as promptly as possible.
At Active Life Medical we enjoy hearing from our customers, whether you have a suggestion or comment, or would like more information about your order please do not hesitate to call or email us.

Our years of experience in almost every aspect of the Medical Equipment and Disposable Incontinence industries give us the experience to understand the issues facing our customers and the know-how to make your order process as easy and quick as possible.

At Active Life Medical we will handle all of your Medi-cal, Medicare, or insurance billing for you. If you are not sure about your eligibility we will be happy to check on that for you also. We offer our billing services to our customers at no additional charge.

3 – Shipping Policy:
Active Life Medical is a California based company that only ships to customers all over the US. We keep our products stocked and ship the day we receive the order in most cases. Because we are local most of our customers will receive their products in 1 – 2 days. Please allow 3 – 5 Business days for delivery at the most. Custom items, Hospital Beds, and In-Home Delivery orders can add an additional 3 – 5 Business days to your order. If you have a question about your order please do not hesitate to give us a call (800) 319-2336.

We offer free shipping on orders of $25.00 or more. If your order is less than $25.00 the shipping will cost only $9.95.

We can only ship to a physical address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

We ship product in our own home delivery trucks (local only), UPS, FedEx, USPS, or in some cases by a Freight Truck.

All of our Incontinence items will be shipped in Plain Discreet boxes. These boxes will have no identifying marks on the package or the label. This is an automatic service we provide to help insure our customers privacy.

4 – Returns Policy:
If you have not completed your order yet and are unsure of any aspect of your order please give us a call (800) 319-2336 and we would be happy to help you make the correct selection.

Active Life Medical is committed to Customer Satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the wrong item can be ordered or product can be ordered that is no longer needed. That is why we offer our customers a hassle free 30 day return policy. The 30 days does not become effective until the day you receive your item, not the day you place your order. The Policy can be different or not available for some products, please read on or call if you need more assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

Open Bags of incontinence items are not returnable. We will accept your unopened bag or case but cannot take back an opened bag of product.
Custom built items are not returnable.
Ultra Lightweight Manual Wheelchairs are not returnable
Lift Chairs
Bathroom Safety Products are not returnable. We cannot resell any type of hygiene item so these sales are final.

Restock Fee:

We do not charge a restock fee for returns. If your items come back in resellable condition and in our return policy time frame you will receive a full refund for your purchase price. You will not be refunded for any original shipping charge.

Returning your order:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please call us (800) 319-2336 and we will resolve that issue for you at our expense. You will not need to return the item at your cost.

 

Getting a Refund:

Refunds are made with any applicable taxes in the same form you originally paid. Once a refund has been made it may take 72 business hours to show on your credit card statement
Refunds are only made once the product has been returned and inspected

Canceling Orders:

Please call our staff at (800) 319-2336 to cancel an order
If your item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel and you will need to follow the terms of our return policy.

At Active Life Medical we are proud to offer our customers a safe, secure shopping experience that is easy and affordable. We will never share or sell your information to anyone. You can rest easy knowing that your transaction is protected by PayPal. Our entire checkout process is through PayPal who is the most trusted and safest way to order online. You will be able to checkout even if you do not have or want a PayPal account. You will receive PayPal Purchase Protection either way.

We sometimes send out emails notifying our customers of new products or specials. You will have the option of receiving these emails during your checkout process. You will also be able to cancel the emails at anytime.
