Can I Receive Incontinence Supplies Through Washington Medicaid?

Apple Health will cover incontinence supplies with a diagnosis of incontinence and prior authorization. Please note some exclusions or limitations may apply. Apple Health covers the following incontinence supplies:

  • Diaper Doublers/Inserts – 90 per month
  • Diapers/ Briefs – 200 per month*
  • Disposable Underpads – 180 per month**
  • Gloves- 2 boxes for private home clients and four boxes for facility clients
  • Pant Liners – 200 per month*
  • Pull Ups/ Disposable Underwear – 150 per month*
  • Re-usable Underpads – 3 per month, up to 42 per year **

* not to exceed 200 in combination
