Can I Receive Incontinence Products Through Nebraska Medicaid?

Nebraska currently provides incontinence products for children and adults as one of the medically necessary items under its Medicaid coverage. Under Nebraska Medicaid, Medicaid recipients may qualify to receive a combination of the following:

  • Bladder Control Pads (Poise Pads)
  • Disposable Underpads
  • Gloves
  • Adult Pull-Ups/Pull-Ons, Briefs (Adult Diapers)

Nebraska Medicaid does not cover adult wipes and will only cover incontinence supplies if the supplies are considered medically necessary. Nebraska Medicaid may also require pre-approval of supplies before you can receive them as a covered benefit.
