Return Policy

If you have not completed your order yet and are unsure of any aspect of your order please give us a call (800) 319-2336 and we would be happy to help you make the correct selection.

Active Life Medical is committed to Customer Satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the wrong item can be ordered or product can be ordered that is no longer needed. That is why we offer our customers a hassle free 30 day return policy. The 30 days does not become effective until the day you receive your item, not the day you place your order. The Policy can be different or not available for some products, please read on or call if you need more assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

Open Bags of incontinence items are not returnable. We will accept your unopened bag or case but cannot take back an opened bag of product.
Custom built items are not returnable.

Ultra Lightweight Manual Wheelchairs are not returnable
Lift Chairs

Bathroom Safety Products are not returnable. We cannot resell any type of hygiene item so these sales are final.

Restock Fee:

There is a 15% restocking fee for all items privately paid. You will not be refunded for any original shipping charge.

Returning your order:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item please call us (800) 319-2336 and we will resolve that issue for you at our expense. You will not need to return the item at your cost.

Getting a Refund:

Refunds are made with any applicable taxes in the same form you originally paid. Once a refund has been made it may take 72 business hours to show on your credit card statement
Refunds are only made once the product has been returned and inspected

Canceling Orders:

Please call our staff at (800) 319-2336 to cancel an order

If your item has already shipped we will not be able to cancel and you will need to follow the terms of our return policy.
