Active Life Medical is committed to Customer Satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the wrong item can be ordered or product can be ordered that is no longer needed. That is why we offer our customers a hassle free 30 day return policy. The 30 days does not become effective until the day you receive your item, not the day you place your order. The Policy can be different or not available for some products, please read on or call if you need more assistance.
Open Bags of incontinence items are not returnable. We will accept your unopened bag or case but cannot take back an opened bag of product.
Custom built items are not returnable.
Ultra Lightweight Manual Wheelchairs are not returnable
Bathroom Safety Products are not returnable. We cannot resell any type of hygiene item so these sales are final.
We do not charge a restock fee for returns. If your items come back in resellable condition and in our return policy time frame you will receive a full refund for your purchase price. You will not be refunded for any original shipping charge.
Returning your order:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item please call us (800) 319-2336 and we will resolve that issue for you at our expense. You will not need to return the item at your cost.
Getting a Refund:
Refunds are made with any applicable taxes in the same form you originally paid. Once a refund has been made it may take 72 business hours to show on your credit card statement
Refunds are only made once the product has been returned and inspected
