With Florida Medicaid, you may qualify to receive, every month, a combination of the following:

  • Bladder Control,
  • Adult Briefs,
  • Disposable Underpads, And
  • Adult Protective Underwear.

Florida’s Medicaid program is a state-funded insurance program that offers coverage for low-income adults, children, pregnant women, senior citizens, and people with disabilities. Most Medicaid recipients in Florida are enrolled in the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care program (SMMC).

Active Life Medical Products currently can not supply incontinence products through Florida Medicaid. If you currently do not have Medicaid, visit Florida’s program website to see how.

To be approved for incontinence supplies under Florida Medicaid, the following is required:

  • Must be enrolled in a Florida Medicaid plan.
  • Must have a qualifying medical need, such as Autism, Diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease, Down Syndrome, etc.
  • The estimated amount of supplies needed per day.
  • The medical reason for needing supplies.
