Incontinence supplies are deemed medically necessary when used to assist with alleviating or preventing skin breakdown associated with incontinence. These medically necessary items include:

  • Adult Diapers,
  • Children’s Diapers,
  • Pull-Ups (Pull-Ons),
  • Disposable Underpads And
  • Wipes.

What Is Oklahoma Medicaid?

SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid) is a health coverage program jointly funded by the federal and state government. This program helps pay some or all medical bills for many people who can’t afford them. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is the state agency that administers the program and determines financial eligibility for the program.

To be eligible for Oklahoma Medicaid, you must be:

  • A resident of the state of Oklahoma,
  • A U.S. national, citizen, permanent resident, or legal alien, in need of health care/insurance assistance,
  • Whose financial situation would be characterized as low income or meager income.

You must also be one of the following:

  • Pregnant, or
  • Be responsible for a child 18 years of age or younger, or
  • Blind, or
  • Have a disability or a family member in your household with a disability, or
  • Be 65 years of age or older.
